We are updating the City's Tree Code!

The Tree Code Update will include reviewing and updating the tree code rules to follow urban forestry best practices and strengthen the City’s commitment to meeting its tree canopy goals. To learn more about the project visit the city's Tree Code Update Webpage.

Join us at the July 16th Planning Commission meeting to follow along on the process.

The Draft Tree Code is available now for public review.

We hosted a City Learn presentation and open house on the Draft Code in June to share the key changes in the draft code with the community. You can watch the recording of the City Learn Presentation on the City's you tube page to learn more.
