The City of Shoreline is updating its Town Center Plan to shape a future Town Center that feels welcoming, vibrant, and easy to get around. The updated plan will build on community input, hands‑on demonstrations, and best practices in placemaking to create a place where people want to arrive, spend time, and return.

What area is the town center plan for?
Shoreline Town Center is generally located along Hwy 99 (Aurora Ave) between 175th and 185th. The actual boundaries are roughly 170th St to the south, 188th St to the north, Linden Ave to the west and Stone Ave to the east. Only properties that are zoned Town Center 1, 2, 3 or 4 are within the Town Center area.
