Barriers are things that make it hard to move around or use Shoreline's park facilities, like:
- A broken curb ramp between ADA parking and a pathway.
- Cracks or bumps in a pathway.
- Bathrooms without accessible toilets with handrails.
- A lack of space for wheelchairs next to benches, bleachers, or viewpoints.
- Playground structures without a ramp for accessibility.
- Signs that are hard to read or understand.
