Update to Planning Commission (September 17, 2026)

On September 17, 2026, the Planning Commission received a presentation from the project consultant team and heard updates to the station subarea policies, discussed the draft Planned Action Ordinances, the 185th Overlay, and the connectivity framework. The meeting was in preparation for the upcoming Public Hearing on October 1, 2026.
