Update to Planning Commission (July 2026)

On July 2, 2026, the Planning Commission received a presentation from the project consultant team on the key takeaways on public engagement earlier this year, updates on the connectivity types and framework, anticipated updates to the subarea plans, and issues and options for the proposed 185th Street Sports, Recreation and Entertainment zoning overlay.
