Update to Planning Commission (August 2026)

On August 6, 2026, the Planning Commission received a presentation from the project consultant team responding to questions that needed additional research from the July 2, 2026 meeting. Four scenarios of how the connectivity framework could be implemented were presented, two visual examples from each station subarea. The examples depicted how a proposed development would trigger the requirement, what type of connection would be provided, and how other connections could look over time in the general area of the project example.
