Update to City Council & Planning Commission

On April 13, 2026, City Council and the Planning Commission held a joint dinner meeting. They received a presentation outlining the proposed connectivity framework for the station areas. This framework includes areas in the station areas where new connections should be prioritized across private property. It also included types of connections that could be made. This connectivity framework will be finalized and used to craft updated plan and code language that will be presented to the Planning Commission in summer 2026.
