Public Hearing - Planning Commission (October 2026)

On October 1, 2026, the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing for the subarea plans and the planned action ordinances. The subarea plans are part of the Comprehensive Plan, so those were included in the Public Hearing for the 2026 Comprehensive Plan docket. Separate Public Hearings were held for each Planned Action Ordinance (North Station and South Station). Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the subarea plan changes and planned action ordinances to City Council. City Council will consider the subarea plans changes and new planned action ordinances in November and December 2026.
