Draft SEIS Notice of Availability - Provide Comments by August 31, 2026
What is a Draft SEIS Notice of Availability?
"SEIS" means "Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement" and is a requirement under Washington State law since the City is updating our two light rail subarea plans. We have prepared updated environmental analysis, but it is in draft form. We are asking the public if we missed anything in the analysis and requesting comments. These will be addressed in the Final SEIS document for each station subarea. The "Notices of Availability" provide an overview:
Notice of Availability - Shoreline South 148th Station
Notice of Availability - Shoreline North 185th Station
Documents for Review
- 148th South Station Subarea Planned Action - Draft SEIS
- 185th North Station Subarea Planned Action - Draft SEIS
How Can I Participate?
